Todd Rundgren is going on tour. No, it's not a series of optimistic future dates announced with fingers crossed, hoping that vaccines will win out over covid-19 in time for them to happen. Rundgren's CLEARLY HUMAN tour will be a virtual jaunt that will come to your town live and direct from Chicago. Wait, how does that work? Let the man himself explain:

"The audience is already local. So if we're doing a gig in Buffalo, we want everybody in Buffalo to buy a ticket to that gig. Because we're going to pretend to be in Buffalo. We're going to set all the clocks in our venue to Buffalo time. We're going to festoon the entire backstage area with all manner of Buffalo memorabilia, like posters and sports memorabilia. We'll have a Buffalo Bills helmet up there for sure," Rundgren revealed during an illuminating chat with Rich Mahan on the latest edition of the RHINO PODCAST.

"We'll localize the catering we'll have as well," Rundgren added. "We'll try to get or recreate Buffalo wings for our catering. We, in our heads, will be in Buffalo that night. Our social media feeds will reinforce that all day long. Even the meet and greets will be like we're in Buffalo."

OK, wait--now Todd Rundgren is doing virtual and localized meet and greets?! Yes, it's true. Tune into this week's frankly amazing RHINO PODCAST for the details on how the music legend will pull it all off. It's such a good podcast that we've split it into two parts. Stay tuned for more, more, more Todd Rundgren.
