When a band’s very first single climbs all the way to the top of Billboard’s Modern Rock chart, it might be a bit much to say that the band members are living a charmed life, but…would you believe semi-charmed?

Believe it or not, this summer marks the 20-year anniversary of Third Eye Blind’s self-titled album, a.k.a. the album that provided inescapable ‘90s radio fare like “Graduate,” “Losing a Whole Year,” “How’s It Going to Be,” “Jumper,” and, yes, “Semi-Charmed Life.” In celebration of the occasion, Rhino is releasing THIRD EYE BLIND: 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION, an expanded two-disc version of the band’s classic album which features the original 14-track album on Disc 1 and an additional 8 tracks on Disc 2, including a number of previously-unreleased demos – along them a cover of The Velvet Underground’s “Heroin”! – and “Alright Caroline” and “Scattered,” a pair of newly-recorded songs which were originally intended for the THIRD EYE BLIND album.

THIRD EYE BLIND: 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION is in stores now – it’s available digitally, as a 2-CD set, and as a 3-LP set in a gatefold sleeve – and you can find the track listing below, but do note that one track (“Tattoo of the Sun”) doesn’t make it onto the LP.
